單錐雙螺旋混合機

概述
       單錐雙螺旋混合機是一種高精度的混和設備。該機采用一套電機及擺線針輪減速機組成公轉和自轉,利用長短攪拌螺桿回轉運動和兩螺桿自轉運動相結全的原理,使比重配比懸殊的物料達到合適的混合度,混和時間短,效果好。廣泛適用于制藥、食品、化工、農藥、飼料、石油、冶金礦山、建材工業,涂料等行業的各種粉體的混合。
工作原理
       由于雙螺旋的公轉而使粉體沿著錐體壁作圓周運動。螺旋葉片的自轉,使粉體向錐體中央排放作徑向運動。粉體自錐體向上升流及螺旋外圓周表面上排出,即螺旋軸方向混合。螺旋在混合機內公轉,自轉的組合,造成了粉體的四種流動形式,也就是對流,剪切,擴散,滲合的復合運動。因此粉體物料在這種混合機內能迅速達到均勻的混合。
